Trademarks and Copyrights

Hy,
There is the search system of the uspto. (trademark search system)
here are the site: http://tmsearch.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=searchss&state=4801:33wwke.1.1

I've tried to search a quote with the "Basic Word Mark Search" tool and i get the this message:
"No TESS records were found to match the criteria of your query"

This means there are no any trademark/copyright on the qutoe and free to use for e.g. on merch. purposes?
