trademark url trick, could this work?

for example:

Let's say my main keyword is FACEPAGE (but i can't use it because it's a trademark), so it buy the domain:

FACErecognitionPAGEdotcom

Now, "FACErecognition" and "PAGE" in itself are normal words and also a keywords that i want to rank for.

So my question: can i rank for

- "FACEPAGE" (even if it's separated by "recognition")
- "FACErecognition" and "PAGE"
- and more important, can i use the domain without getting in trouble?

I hope it makes sense, i couldn't find a better example without giving you my actualy keywords ...

You can rank for whatever you want. And no, you won't get into legal trouble for buying that domain.

If i buy FACErecognitionPAGEdotcom can i rank for FACEPAGE as a word?
In other words, does google sees FACEPAGE as 1 word, even separated by recognition
 
Well I think if you used face-recognition-page DOT com the search engines will see it better and it could benefit you. I got this out of an SEO book. With the words strung together all as one, can work too.... i did research today on using dashes vs. not in a domain and the importance of a domain name for search rankings. I found arguments that said domain name is not important at all to being extremely important. believe for local SEO the domain name has been very important for me. So to some it up... its debatable but i think dashes are more easily readible to SERPs because they view it as a space between words.

Domain name IS extremely important.

OP - facepage and all the news, twits, and templates will bury you site. You need an easier phrase to rank for.
