trademark problem

i didnt think and i register domain with trademark form big company
they ask me to delete domain and they will not sue me and if i dont do this they will sue me for 100 k$
i dont have right to sell or offer domain to redemption
namecheap dont allow to delete or remove domain and i can only go to forced redemption and then will delete after 35 days
how to fix this problem??help please
if i close or cancel my acc with namecheap this will be fixed?

The email request seems strange to me.

I have been involved with trademark issues over domain names and they never ask you to delete the name. They ask you to transfer it to them, because if it is not transferred to them once it is deleted someone else could buy it and the issue starts all over again for them.

Ultimately all genuine companies want is the domain name, not the $100k. So you are ALWAYS given the opportunity to transfer. Courts don't like annoying cases like this and once they established they were the rightful owners you offered to transfer it the court will tell them that is fair solution and stop wasting the courts time and accept your offer, they will never get the $100k.

The only reason someone would ask you to delete it, is because they are not genuine and they want to buy it.

So ask them to give you the name of someone you can contact at the company to clarify they are genuine to discuss it - and see what happens.

If they get angry and don't agree they are scammers.
