trademark name violation?

i am setting up a new web design company, an i have gotten the domain name: 6ssolutions.com

there is another company in my city called 6smarketing.com, But they only specialize in internet marketing. i want to be able to use the 6s rhymes with success play on words. is this a possible trademark violation?

Where are you based and have they registered an actual trademark of 6s?

From a UK perspective then as long as you don't copy their logo and assuming they haven't got a trademark on 6sxxx (doubtful) then you won't have a problem.

i am in canada, i am not stealing their logo, and a search of trademarks did not show them having a registered trademark.
