trademark in domain

hello,so i have found keyword that has 18000+ exact searches in month and has low competition but my keyword is xxxtools (xxx is trademark,but that xxx can mean animal breed too) domain isn't available so i can only buy exxxtools.com (with 92 density) in 3-rd google position there's site with domain xxxtoolsreviews.com (no domain age,1 indexed page,50 backlinks, only optimized in on-page SEO,and this site is selling xxx.com sites stuff using amazon) and in 1-st page there is xxx.com (without tools) and they are selling tools,you can buy from them directly or from amazon. So what can i do? can i build site with domain exxxtools.com without any problems or mabey xxxtoolsreview.com and do like that guy in 3-rd google position? as i'd like to sell stuff like that guy from 3-rd position using amazon
