Trademark Enquiry

Hey guys, recently a website that i paid 1000 dollars for their service closed down. I checked and he trademark his company name XYZ.io and recently i created a site XYZ.org to educate others on his scam. Somehow he contacted me and ask me to shutdown XYZ.org due to XYZ being a trademarked name. Under the UDRP, i think he can request ICAAN to handover my domain to him.

Can i create another website XYZscam.com and Will i still be violating his trademarks since it has XYZ in the domain name?

I think you'll still infringe on his rights, especially since you're explicitly referring to his trademarked name by saying "scam"

he got a case against you not only because of the trademark but slander ^^ do you really wanna fight this ?
