Trademark Domain ISsue

Did any one faced TradeMark Domain Issue from pakistan? I have register Domain recently..Domain name is ChepBrandNameservices.com..Domain is related to social media service and I have received notice from one of the social media sites..

What do you think I'm safe to run domain or just handover this domain to them?

I had the same problem with a domain because the word ebay was in it and when i bought it I didn`t think this will be a problem. After a few days ebay contact me and said that if I use the domain they will sue me for $100k.

Other sites are also operating in this niche with trademark in the domain, Its is related to social media services sites..let put Pinterest as an examples..Many people are using this type of domains in this niche..What do you think I should do?

Yeah, take it down. Word of advice for future projects, stay FAR away from trademark infringement. Especially if the trademark owner is a towering juggernaut that can toss you away with one foul swoop.
