Trademark domain for EMD?

For those of you who are thinking of registering a trademark domain for an EMD to make $$$, don't even think about it. I've seen so many people trying to get gold rush by registering trademark EMD and placing email submits offers on their site. It's not worth your time, they've been receiving domain seizures letter because obviously the company has the right to anyways.

I remember registering one trademark domain before when I didn't know they could take it away, but once I found out, I just flip that domain into a site and sold it! Wasn't a loss I guess

Any of you experience any trademark domain problems before?

Companies who own the trademarks don't obviously like any kind of shady activity in sites that infringe their trademarks but in many cases you are perfectly fine with a review site or a site that brings them customers or gives a positive image to them..

I own and operate about 15 months old website with a trademark EMD and it gets over 3000 uniques per day while ranking for the same keywords as the company who's product name I'm using in the domain name. I monetize the traffic with Adsense ads and some affiliate programs related to the subject.

The site is of very high quality and all the content is hand written and updated weekly, I guess that's why I haven't had any problems with the company (wich is actually known for reporting domains infringing their trademarks)..

What about misspelled trademarks?

Lots of exact matched searches.

depend on the company whether want to take action or not. Remember the OFC and KFC?

Best way to make sure you don't have problems with a trademark domain is to use it as an affiliate website to the actual trademark.
