This is probably a noob question, but I can't see to find a platform to trade backlinks.

Am I missing something?

myguestblog was one, but I don't think it's as popular these days.

Most whitehat guys just reach out via email/social and network like that for link opportunities these days.

well, that's much more difficult than just posting your website on some platform and get lots of offers per day..

Anyone else can provide me with some input?
Do I really have to go sites one by one and offer them personally to trade links?

Ok, just now I found Linkspun. It's specifically for adult trades though.
