Tracking Your Links & Link Tiers -- What Do You Use?

I'm using an old tool, backlink monitor, to track my links. It's tedious and I'm done with it and want something new.

Is there a tool or service that helps with keeping tracking of links and live link tiers? Something that would periodically check indexing would be great as well.

Doing it manually with my current tool is taking way too much time.
