Tracking which keyword sale came from??

I have some pretty decent rankings for my cityville guide sales page, does anyone know how i could track which keywords the sales are coming from?

I realize how to do this if the traffic was coming from a different page but the traffic comes directly from google to my sales page?

I'm thinking it might be possible using goals in google analytics but I haven't found out how to do it.

Its possible by Google Analytics. You set up a Goal, and pass the data you want. Its pretty easy, youst follow Google guide, inside Analytics.

Could you send me a link to which page explains this?

I have goals setup but it doesn't tell me which keyword it came from?

It works for hops from affiliates, but nothing for traffic coming from search engine.

use "statcounter", it tells you what kw a person entered to get on your site, and also tells you their exit link (eg. order page)

Thanks but google analytics does the same thing. I need to know which of the keywords are bringing in sales. It goes through clickbank order form which is what is making it so hard for me.

lol wow i had it setup just didn't know where to look. if you setup a goal it doesn't show which keyword in the goal section but just go to your traffic sources > keywords and you can click goal set 1 tab and see your conversions!
