Tracking Spider Activity

How do you guys track what pages the spider bots are hitting on your sites ?

I use Goog Analytics on most of my sites but this does not track SE spiders/bots.

Should I use a stats software on my pc and download the log files or is there some specialist s/w which only tracks spider visits ?
