Tracking other affiliates

Can anyone please if it's not to much trouble tell me how to track other affiliate sites.
By that I mean how do I get to know which affiliates sites are making sales for a given product (get the addresses hoplinks etc)? How can I know whether there affiliate links are cloacked or not? Please help me it would be appreciated
