Tracking number for free shipping?

I know a lot of sellers are using state shipping services or services that don't provide tracking number for their free shipping. So when a buyer sends the money to their paypal, does paypal puts the money on hold requiring a tracking number ?

You will be getting the money credited to your account as the buyer pays you!!

But, incase of any disputes, You would need a tracking number to prove yourself!

Also, a tracking number would save you from Scam Buyers, who would just pay for the item, and then get it, and then raise a dispute for non delivery and Ebay would take those bucks back from your account!

Yes, You would get the payment as soon as they pay you.
