Are there any traffic tracking methods for Fansly? I read on reddit that you can just create a gift link and make it at a cost of $0. Obviously, few of the new people on the page will want to subscribe right away. But in this case, the site still requires the subscriber to specify the payment method. How can I make sure that the site does not require a payment method when subscribing via a gift link? Or are there any services that allow you to create tracking links to track free subscribers?

Yeah only way is free trial links, in any case it ask for billing method. I suggest you just used link tracking tools that are outside Fansly and then just track data this way. You won't exactly know who joined. They were talking about adding links but nothing since
