Does anyone know of an economical way to track rankings?

    We track 1000+ keywords weekly.

We use SEO PowerSuite Rank Tracker - but it eats up proxies like crazy. We need 100+ proxies minimum. Would adding a VPN layer help keep the proxies alive?

I have also tried SerpBook. SerpBook is good, but there again it's $79/month.

There has to be a less expensive yet reliable way. Help?

I use ProRankTracker. They offer 1500 keywords for $49 a month.

If you are tracking 1000+ keywords and you think SerpBook is good, why do you feel $79 a month is too much to pay?

I haven't used many tools for kw tracking, however, I like serpbook and I believe they can track up to 5,000 kws. They also have a coupon in a marketplace thread.

What has adwords got to do with anything? Did you even read the question?

@OP, I would take a look at TrafficTravis. They have a free version but for your requirements it may be worth checking out the pro version. Does a good job and is reasonably priced.

+1 for proranktracker. I used to check rankings with a desktop tool but I ended up finding the online tools much more practical because they usually check rankings every day and you won't be burning your proxies out.
