Tracking Cookie Missing on IE???

So I created my very first PPV campaign with Leadimpact + prosper202 and redirecting, rotation etc looking fine.. but now I just logged into my cpa account and see I have got a conversation. So I checked my reports and close to 90% of my subid info is missing :/ so I checked whats happening and understood that IE is not passing my tracking cookie when it opened in a new tab. Since my offer landing page is quiet bigger than my 775x400 popup, I used "_blank" in my landing page to open my offer. How can I fix this? I don't wanna open my offer in the same small popup window

What PPV company are you using? What tracking program are you using? What affiliate network are u using? There all variables that are a need to know.
