Tracking Android Installs? Help?

I'm not exactly sure where to post this, however I wanted to start a Join Venture for my application that I'm developing and the way I wanted to do it was to allow people to promote the application. I was wanting to be able to give them their own link (Something like a bit.ly... *or similar*) that would be unique to them, this way I could track how many downloads/installs they were bringing in.

If I could do this I could create a system in which I can have numerous marketers and pay them all for their efforts, but it's my first time doing anything like this, so I am here asking for help and advice.

Android Application will be hosted on Play Store (It actually alread is, but it's in beta)
