Tracker question

After research trackers decide to use Bemob, cause Voluum much more cost. Plus looks they quite similar. If somebody use it already, tell me where to set function to run traffic from: Ad network - to tracker, from tracker - to cpa. Where should I tune it up,? What page responsible on it? Thx
