Trackbacks and Guestbooks from HELL Site ranking for payday laons

i found a website ranking for payday loans in google uk on organic list first page on the seventh place.
it has 432 backlinks and 199 referring domains, with url rank 8.9

it has almost 50/50 dofallow and nofallow, but the backlinks are all from guestbooks and tracksbacks!

only 400 backlinks and he is on the first page on google for payday loans.

it's crazy!

i heard that trackbacks and guestposting is not effective anymore. i don't understand seo longer, can somebody explain maybe digg deeper into the backlinks and give a better description about the linkbuilding strategy.

maybe the site has some private blogs also? i only saw the first 10 backlinks

Honestly at the moment I dont know too much about this strategy, I'm still learning and looking for solutions so instead of giving misleading infos I'd better shut up. I doubt that someone will post here a bh ranking blueprint and if he will, most infos will be vague. Some guys are banking hard with this, why would they tell this on a public forum?

Brainstorming does not help too much. You have to test a lot to see what works and what not.
