Track mentions

I need your advice.
I’m developing a new product and I’m already preparing for its launch. I want to track the referring content on my product. I think that I need to quickly respond to the occurrence of mentions on the network and analyze them. I'm trying to find a resource / software that will help track any mentions of my product. I found several similar resources, tried them and analyzed them. Each of them has its own weakness, and I could not choose anything suitable. Below I will describe the software I found:
Some services havn't shown results at all yet, I don't think that it will be at all. I think I'm looking in the wrong direction, so I ask for any advice.
Did you use anything like that? What are the software / tracking methods for mentions?
What difficulties did you encounter?

I am using a few of them, like you said, they don't show the same results :/ hmm I was using mentions, mediatoolkit, ahrefs (their alerts) and google alerts together, and sometimes only one of them detected... sometimes all of them. Strange, but probably they have different criteria...

Anyway, I tried to use only one tool but that way I always miss something, so I am using all of them together to be sure to get alert on everything.

Thanks for the answer. What can you say about mention?
I advise this service in other forums, after Google alerts. I tried the mention service and he didn't find much mentions.
After what time can mention be found after the placement of it in web?
I understand it can be after the indexation, and it will take some time.
Can you tell something by the terms?

From my experience mention is awesome for mentions at social networks but it works really strange with blog posts, articles etc... sometimes I got a mention for a post on which I have been mentioned a few months ago (already got it on google alerts a few months ago). But in comparison with all other services, mention works the best.

Don't know how much u need to wait for a mention because I did not care about that so didn't notice :/
