Track Google Ads Content Network

Im looking to create a tool which scrapes google content network ads and keeps track of them (i know there's programs/sites like that like AB, WRD, Mixrank) but i want to create one for myself. I have told it will be quite difficult to do, im not a programmer, but how hard could it be.

Scrape ads on specific placements, scheduled.

If you are not a programmer, you will need to become one first, if you are going to make complex programs.

How hard could it be depends on how good your analytical skills are.

what do you want to record? what ads are being displayed on which sites? How would this info be useful to you?
