Is there any web based software that can track my own ad campaigns on my own sites ? I want to see how many clicks my ads get, is it possible ?

If so how ?

A simple answer would be bit.ly. They provide analytics for their short links.

does bit.ly put ads on the redirected page ? and does the name of the link change in the address bar to the initial link ?

bit.ly redirects without any transition page unless the destination site is considered a spam site by bit.ly.
