Can the owner of VCC used to pay online be traced by someone if needed?

yep, if you forgot to use vpn/anonymous proxy during payment...

But if I hide my virtual ass well? I mean can anyone trace the identity by contacting the bank that issued the card

He probably is asking if he buys a VCC from me, is there any way of tracing me? The answer is Yes. Mostly VCCs are linked to bank accounts or online merchants which use real info, proper proofs are supposed to be submitted, so if it goes legal, the real owner can be traced by contacting the VCC source company.

well, then it all depends on the bank if they will reveal your ass or not... There are banks that don't share that info unless you are treated as terrorist.. there are others that just give away the info..

If that someone is Law enforcement - > yes. So use good proxy/vpn and buy vcc anonymous
