TPB and seedboxes

I found a seedbox provider willing to accept public trackers like The Pirate Bay.

Yesterday TPB banned my account because of pass protected torrent (sort of).
If I use seedbox, will they ban my TPB account AND seedbox' IP also?

I'm asking because I don't have good upload speed and want to use
seedbox but I expect ban hammer from time to time.

It's not a problem if they ban my account I used to index my torrent,
but I don't want seedbox to get banned.

Any thoughts, guys?

might i ask... Do you intend to monetize some torrent method with your seedbox, hence the necessity to only maintain public trackers?
Or is it just for personal use?
If its for personnal use, go with private trackers. You will have no trouble of maintaining an amazing seed ratio, torrents will be of the highest quality, and you'll advance fast in ranks because of your awesome ratio

I have not heard of a case where they ban the seeding IP, but there are plently of instances where account's were banned.

Yeah, I've uploaded tons to TPB, and used Seedboxes to seed the torrents. I've also had accounts banned there. Never once had my IP nor my Seedbox IP banned though.

I need public as I do sort of password protecting, as you said - I intend to monetize it in some way.

That's good to hear. I don't care about my IP banned as I can go around that, but I'm only worried about IP of a seedbox.

So, actually, they don't even ban IPs used to create account uploading suspicious torrents, they only ban actual accounts...
