Pretty cookie cutter-ish, like all premade themes (what a shock).

Perfectly fine for a small local mom-and-pop store, but I wouldn't personally use that (or any premade theme) for any larger or internationally operating shop.

I have bought the Divi theme, but not familiar with it yet.
I am wanting to build an Informative water sports affiliate site.
I have built one site 10 years ago,. But a lot has changed LOL!
Don't truly understand the difference, or what defines a CHILD theme. Advantages, VS Disadvantages.
Would I be better off building the new site with Divi, or picking up a theme like the one i listed?
Or build entirely by use of the Divi theme?

Depends.

Are you good at building nice looking sites?
How much traffic does the site get and what kind of hosting is used?

Like I said on my first reply, you generally don't really want to use premade themes on large/international shops/sites.
Most site builders, Divi including, are also filled with bloat and need to be optimized pretty heavily in order to get even somewhat good speeds.

If the site/shop you are building is only targeted locally to a smaller audience, you are more than fine to use premade themes.
The smaller the audience (locality), the smaller the chances for visitors to notice that the site uses the same premade cookie cutter theme as some other site (--> worsens brand imago/trustworthiness).

Any place i can download Marinio Wordpress for free nulled, I need it for a project but I can't seem to find it
