A lot of my ranking pages on several unrelated keywords took a dive the last few days, and after thinking and asking myself why, I figured the only changes I had done was add nofollow to every affiliate link I had. They all are cloaked, therefore technically pointing to my site. So, I was linking to myauthoritysite.com/cloakedpeepeepills and i changed all of them to nofollow and the next 3 days my SERPS took a dive. Ive changed them all back and begged Googs to recrawl via webmasterstool. Crossing my fingers it'll go back. Well, I'm assuming that was the problem I had. It's a new site with new domain, so my rankings were already weak anyway due to just starting. Lesson learned. Do not do a bunch of nofollowing of internal pages.
