Touch Screen POS System with source code ?

Do you guys know or have pos software? Then please spam few links in here for me
Requirements - Need to be Java or asp.
Source code needed.

I searched in google and found a lot of pos software but before go with those I need to know that you guys have any other suggestions. That is the main reason to create this thread.
