Totally stuck here, any ideas?

I have created a few landing pages with email submits that direct to ClickBank offers. But I am having trouble getting traffic. I have tried facebook, they approved me and then flagged a few hours later. I have tried Google Adwords, was approved for a few days then blocked. And I have bing account but I only have a prepaid card which will not work for bing.

I know these are the best sources when It comes to ppc advertising, Do you guys have any ideas as to how I could get traffic to this page.

Oh, btw here is a screenshot of one of my landing pages, which directs to ClickBank offer.

Put some content on Landing page. A Mere Email submit box won't even require human inspection to get banned.

How it works? When a user enter email address, it immediately redirects to CB offer? or do you send an email containing the offer. Also add some content on your LP.

like what? some sort of video or testimonials. Can you give me some suggestions, I am not sure of what content is best for this

yes, they arrive at landing page--->enter their email--->goes to Clickbank Offer

You can build backlinks with fiverr or seoclerks.
Adding 900 to each page seo article tier 2.
And then buy backlinks mask to tier 3 tier 2 pages.
Backlinks pages tier 2 lead directly on your main site

Look for other peoples landing pages in your niche and make something similar. If they have been approved and have ads running you have a good change as well.
