Totally newbie has SEO problem

Wellcome BHW comunity! This gonna be my first post
I have an wordpress blog,with niches like:gaming trainers etc(unique content),I monetize it using an PPA network.But my main source of traffic are:YT,Metacafe and other vid sites.
So my guestion is: what kind a off page SEO service do you recommend ? . I did some on page ,but I have nearly no idea how to do off page.I saw some guys has some really good SEO on their blogs that brings them awesome traffic.So I wanna do the same thing with my site.

To get organic traffic:
- Post in game forums.
- Make FB page.
To get serp and more organic traffic - do link building.

I would also become active on social media sites if you aren't already. Share your posts there and do your best to get people to interact with the content that you post. Social signals are playing a larger role in the results that search engines deliver to their users. Getting content shared and interacted with on Google Plus is especially powerful.
