Totally Fair Twitter Train?

Here is the thing: If you don't have any followers it is hard to get the ball rollin'. People will more likely follow you back if you already have a bunch of followers, more = your account look more interesting.

So I checked out to see if I could find a decent Twitter Train. But many of them still require username and password, they simply haven't been updated to oAuth. And if they have oAuth they suck and give you very little followers.

What if someone created a tottaly fair Twitter Train? Maybe even open-source it. Every user that login will follow all users already in the database. Simple thing.

20th user register and will automatically follow 19 users, that 19 users will all follow the new user.

Sounds like a fun project and should be fairly simple to do. Would you be interested in such a service?
