a lot of host take bitcoin now. Check out the market place. Depending on the adult content that you are going to host that may limit you more on where you can host the site.

I've used BlueAngelHost for about 2 weeks now, and they seem pretty legit. Minimal server problems. Not that there aren't a lot of good services around, I'm sure, but I just wanted to put in my $.02. Paid with bitcoin no problem.
