Total wordcount plugin?

Curious as to which plugin you guys use (if any) to see total word count of all articles on your dashboard.

This is what I use, does what you need, I don't need to upgrade.

Nice one. I dont know how a wordcount of the whole site is helpful, may be for a small site. it only adds another plugin to the number of plugins to your site which you wanna use wisely.
I use wordcounter.net to check the word count of a post or a page and rankmath free when I have added them to the website which are very helpful.

It's not really helpful, more so I just would like to keep track of how many words I've written. Also, a plugin of this nature would be relatively lightweight and wouldn't necessarily have any negative effects at all. Rankmath would slow your site down more drastically than any such plugin.

As far as I understood, this plugin is actually working only when you save the post or recounting via settings. It doesn't add anything to the "rendering website" part of WordPress, only to the dashboard. If you got PHP skills, you may want to check it out before using it, I could be wrong on this. But I didn't notice any changes in speed because of it.
As for the usage, is a nice metric to have, I aim to write more than 100k words on this site, so yeah, kinda helps. If those 100k words mean anything for SEO, that's another debate.

I use rankmath for seo and i got fast hosting.
The plugin is not compatible to current wordpress version and was last updated 11 months aga , a big NO NO. This is a recipe for disaster called hacking waiting to happen.
