total newbie in need of help!

Hi there,
im very much a newbie to affiliate marketing, i have spent the last couple of months learning to build a site and am now at the stage i feel to spend some money trying to get customers to it. I was advised by a friend to begin using ppc yahoo/bing attempt to get my head around keywords/campaigns and basically have a go at promoting my bingo site. My first task was to sign up to microsoft adcenter and spend some dough however i ve have just got home from work to find an email informing me my account has been closed permanently - no specific reason stipulated in the email. I am now at a loss and am wondering where to go next. I have been advised against adwords due to my limited budget but just basically want to get a portion of traffic to the site, does anyone have any ideas or advice on where i can go from here. Currently my bingo affilaite site is registered with most searcg engines and i am looking into backlinks and other free strategies but could do with some help on the ppc side of things

You've targeted a very competitive niche, besides which many ppc engines don't allow affiliate sites, try buying banner or text advertising on a gambling forum.

ppc dont really in that matter, i suggest choose a text banner it wont cost that much.

I would advise try to buy banners and sellad space.

where would be a good starting point for new banners?

I got a good hp and wantet to know how much can u earn per PPC . Lets say have only for instance have 1000clicks / day = ??? $ ?
