Proof that the transaction began on BHW:
Contact was initiated by clicking the Telegram link provided in @ReviewSoar's sales thread on Black Hat World. Link to @ReviewSoar's BHW sales thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/b...s-1k-5k-credit-verified-usa-business.1620004/

Proof the other party has been informed of this Dispute Resolution:
I could not send a private message to @ReviewSoar on BHW. However, I have taken the following steps to inform them:
1. Posted warnings in their sales thread with screenshots alerting other members about this scam.
2. Informed @ReviewSoar on Telegram about filing a dispute - they responded by immediately deleting our entire chat conversation
3. Sent an email to [email protected] (the contact email provided in their BHW sales post) informing them of this dispute

Proof of Contact:
The primary contact was via Telegram, initiated through the link on Black Hat World.

* Full Screen Recording: I have included a complete screen recording of the Telegram conversation that clearly shows @ReviewSoar's username, removing any doubt about the identity of the scammer: https://streamable.com/5u84bc

Proof of Transaction:
Cryptocurrency transaction for $120 USD payment: https://solscan.io/tx/3Kq2591AVaY4t...caYXH8kDrLJm4798SXrRUK4Rp4a3xX1xzF2J5XjDZqurR
The service purchased was "1K CREDIT ACCOUNT: $120".

Dispute Summary:
I purchased a $1000 AWS credit account for $120 from @ReviewSoar through their official BHW sales thread. After receiving my cryptocurrency payment (which they confirmed), @ReviewSoar failed to deliver the promised AWS account. Instead, they made multiple excuses, falsely offered a refund to buy time, and ultimately deleted our entire Telegram conversation when I mentioned filing a dispute. This is a clear case of fraud where the seller took payment with no intention of delivering the service.

What you hope to gain from this Dispute Resolution:
I request a full refund of the $120 paid for the undelivered service.

Additional Information:
This is a deliberate scam. @ReviewSoar's behavior follows a clear pattern of fraud:
1. Confirmed payment receipt with "ok received"
2. Stalled with "give 1 hour" to prevent immediate action
3. Made excuses about accounts being unavailable
4. Offered a fake refund ("hi bro give me address i will refund") to buy more time
5. Immediately deleted all evidence when confronted about filing a dispute
6. When contacted via email ([email protected]), they falsely claimed "We never had any business with each other before" - a blatant lie that demonstrates clear intent to scam

Email Evidence of Fraud Intent:
After @ReviewSoar deleted our Telegram conversation, I sent an email to their listed contact ([email protected]) informing them about the dispute. Their response was shocking and proves fraudulent intent:
- They replied: "Hi there, We never had any business with each other before."
- This is a complete lie, as evidenced by our extensive Telegram conversation, payment confirmation, and screen recordings
- When confronted with screenshots and screen recording proof via email, they did not respond further
- This denial of any business relationship, despite overwhelming evidence, shows this was a premeditated scam from the start

The deletion of our conversation after being informed about this dispute is particularly damning - an honest seller would keep records and work to resolve the issue, not destroy evidence. I have saved all screenshots and a full screen recording before the deletion occurred.

Please, take a look at this guy, he's flooding this scammer BST with good reviews ( @m4dcmayde ), suspicious

OP, next time you need to deal with active members, this guy hasn't been online on BHW for almost three months

Yes, I was about to call him out as well. He is connected to both this account who scammed me. And more accounts that have people saying in the comments that have scammed them. The pattern is that he is promoting sellers by private messaging other people and commenting in the posts of the sellers. He messaged 2 people that I know off. @SettingSun77 Please look into him and the sellers that he is promoting. I think that this is one guy with multiple seller accounts.

In future, could you both use the report function as it makes things easier for us when warning people and allows us to keep things better organised. Thanks for the head up though, I have warned the member for post count spam.
