@Ranki_SEO Stop lying to the Moderator. Your claims are demonstrably false based on the chat logs.

1. "Used for a while" is a Lie. Look at the timestamps in the attached screenshots:

  • 11:34: I successfully logged in.
  • 11:35: I sent you the screenshot of the immediate "Suspicious Activity Detected" banner. That is one minute. I did not "use" anything. The product was dead on arrival.
2. You explicitly agreed to a FULL refund. Refer to the attached screenshot where you stated verbatim:


You did not condition this on "minus my production costs." You guaranteed a working billing account or a refund.

3. We are done negotiating. You failed to deliver. You admitted I couldn't use the credits. You promised a refund. We already agreed on the remaining balance ($30). You missed the deadline. Stop trying to tax me for your own incompetence and send the full amount.View attachment 490525
Okay, the moderator told me to refund the full amount and I will do it, but now I have $20. I refund you $20 now and give me another 48 hours for $10.

I would like to respectfully request that the final payment be $15 rather than the $10 he mentioned. I initially offered to accept a lower total only as a courtesy to resolve this quickly. However, since the seller tried to mislead the you and the other mods regarding the account usage to justify his delays, I feel it is fair to revert to the strict original purchase price. The math is simply $45 original payment minus the $30 total received so far, leaving $15 outstanding.

I will never accept this. He used and ruined two of my accounts. From the beginning he asked to pay $40. I have no charges for the fact that I gave him two accounts and he destroyed two of my accounts.

The Evidence: As the timestamps in my screenshots prove, the account was suspended immediately before login. You cannot "use and ruin" a cloud account without using it. That suspension is 100% due to your flagged payment methods or creation techniques. Also I we agreed to this before the sale, ins case you forgot.
You delivered a defective product. You do not get to charge me for it.
My previous willingness to accept less was a compromise. You destroyed that goodwill with your lies and threats.

Chill, you are not losing here.
$45. But, I gave him two accounts. He successfully used two accounts. It cost me $7.5 to create each account. I gave him a $15 discount.
45.00 is what you return then.

It's a lot better than losing your account here.
