private torrent trackers will get you the maximum dl speed, but this will depend on your internet connection. on public trackers will depend on how many seeds the file is gettin...For high speed downloads/uploads i recomand use a vps/rdp/dedicated server.
You need a seedbox and not a rdp or server. You should get a server if you want to do other stuffs rather than only downloading torrents. For grabbing torrents go for seedbox mate. In my torrenting life I've used almost all seedbox providers but there is nothing like Xirvik, they do are a bit expensive i.e. $18 for a 1gbps 100GB seedbox but I can tell you they are worth the money. Second I like is Seedboxco.net.
The speed of your torrent depends on the amount of seeders/leechers and theretention of the torrent.
Amount of seeders leechers and their speed will determine the speed you'll get.
The retention is the age of the torrent and how many people are still seeding it and how fast they can upload.
The best private trackers have decent retention and a bunch of users ith fat pipes so that you will always get full speed.
Most of them also have a good request system where you can offer a bounty to upload or ressed stuff you want.
If you don't have a fat pipe yourself it is indeed best to get a 'seedbox', which basically is a server somewhere on the net that is designed specifically to host several users that use it for downloading/uploading torrents.
Torrent sites never die. Using Torrent downloader for a long time. Online watching is good. But if the Internet somehow stops working or does not pay then you already have a film library. It is very convenient
