Torrent Uploader Semi Automatic - Rip Off and Request

Has anyone else registered recently to this? I purchased it and never got a key for it. Been trying to deal with it for the last couple of days but today their site is down. I supposed it is shutdown maybe? Has anyone else purchased this in the last couple of days and are you having the same issues?
