EXCLUDING: PB, Mininova, and Seedpeer and ISOHunt

What is every single torrent website you know of or know about? Since PB and Mininova is just such a hassle anymore to keep up with, specially since I have Time Warner (which refuses to give me a new IP).

I've been using Tor and I've received over 30 new identities and it seems not a single one works with mininova or PB..

I don't get it.. why are torrent websites so strict on affiliates but they don't care if people upload kiddie porn or pirated movies?
