Just a quick query , can we upload copied content to the torrent , or the content downloaded from torrent itself - may with some additions .
Or its just not in torrent rules and will get banned .
Every torrent site has it rules, so you have to read the rules at the specific site.
Anyway my opinion is that this will not be allowed unless you change something about the torrent content...
If you modify a torrent you will most likely alter the length and the hash list so it won't be recognized as the same file if you want to act as a seed.
