The simplest was to change your IP is to use a wireless router with a MAC address. It takes me about 45 seconds to change my ip through my router. So, if you do not have a router I would recommend investing in one, preferably a NETGEAR router.

Main problem is: Change the category, try to to use "Music -> OTHER" for example, because of they see that you are uploading Music and it's a RAR file then they won't allow it (wrong code)

Your router does not determine whether or not your IP is static. Your ISP does. On another note, I hit 2MB\s upload on a VPS today. Quality > quantity when you have a saturated market, or wish to look whitehat.
I have some questions:
do you only use the password method?
do you use small files? what type of files?
how many different torrents do you upload daily?
how many diiferent sites do you upload to?

People download my torrent, sure.
I have, say 15 seeders. But why dont they download the password text file from sharecash? It shows zero earnings!

Most users, obviously not all will just delete the torrent if they see there's a password.
There's a few things you can do to increase your converts but either way.
You can basically make money from torrents in a few different ways
Password the torrents -> Your own / others gateways.
Upload legit stuff to get traffic to your site. (Aka readme links, watermark etc)
Fake videos / Drm
And ofc PPI.
I generally do ppi and try to mix in other methods for more earnings, what work for you might be something else : )
Done it on and off since 2009 or something.
Made max 5-10kusd in that time.
So I'm hardly any kind of expert / guru
But i am getting a torrent maker/upload system coded though atm, will be sweet once it's done xdd.Ah well iv'e rambled enough.
Edit: Forgot to mention 16 seeders is way to little either way, it's not even sure you'll get one install if you do ppi with that ammount of downloaders.

Just gonna point something out, stop bothering with TPB if you're banned. Since IPRED (A law in Sweden against copyright) thousands of swedish peps (Who were the majority of users of TPB) stopped using TPB and switched over to other. Go to Torrentz.eu, search for something like Twilight, take first link and look at the Torrent mirrors. Those mirrors are all incredibly popular. I don't use TPB and still get hundreds of downloads a file (Not high converting though, need a new idea I think).
Lies, swedish people still use tpb. IPRED didn't change much. Sure a few vpn companies got more customers. But generally it didn't change much
But hey put your money where your mouth is, show me some stats.
For example Alexa shows tpb to be swedens 17:th largest site.
And either way, the reason i upload to tpb 2009 was to get installs from tpb. The reason i upload on tpb 2011 is because it gets picked up by alot of public trackers, and hey if i last a few hours who am i to complain.
So your post seems to be angled towards getting competition out of tpb, but hey who knows maybe you're right..

So I have this thing on my mind, lets say you upload half a movie and u cut it down, saying it if they wanna see the rest online, to go to your website, which has a C.L. How legal would it be, I mean, can you get in trouble how bad? Or even if you jsut link to it :/ I must say I'm not from US so prolly I'm not gonna be that affected.. I mean I see so many sites with movies and stuff that have content lockers, from which I discovered them from youtube or torentz.. but would get in big trouble? as I see these sites for awhile, I gotta say that people are just fine any advices on this subject?
