If I would go and create a site where I just list torrent links.
Do I need offshore hosting for this? Can I lets say host it on hostgator?
Since torrents ain't exactly legal what monetizing can I use except cpa?

When you start creating the site,then everything will be cleared. Only you need to start

hehe but I woudnt wanna start without knowing if its allowed on the hosting am starting, and if I could use certain monetizations
