Torrent is blocked everytime I try to upload..

Hey guys,
I have a problem. I have downloaded the free trail Version of Fraps and Co-Bundle my PPI-Software with it. Then I put the .exe with my RedMe-File in a .rar File and make a torrent of it.
But when I try to upload it on e.g. piratebay they block me. I tryed 2 other Torrents Sites and they also blocked my torrents.

How can I solve this problem?

maybe the have blocked your ip or your trackers ip
