Torrent index script

Hello.
I'm looking for "thepiratebay clone" - torrent index script ( only user submitted torrents, no need to scrape from other sites ) that uses external public trackers ( support for UDP trackers is a must in script ).
I've looked into various torrent tracker frontends, but they either don't support udp or are total overkill ( forcing users to register to get .torrent file, ratio monitoring, built-in forums etc - i don't need that stuff ).
Can anyone recommend me script that has:
-index page with recently uploaded torrents
-search engine for uploaded torrents
-"showtorrent" page for each torrent - torrent name, description, number of seeds/peers currently
That's all, i don't need anything more.

I think this thread can be closed now, unless any other member knows similar script.
