ToroPlay (theme for streaming site) shutdown

Hello everyone,
I hope this is the right section for my question. I'm sorry if it's the wrong one.
I have a movie streaming site and I'm currently using the ToroPlay template which I duly bought from them some months ago.
Problem is that it seems that their site is now shut down. Instead of it, there's waaxthemes.
When I try to reinstall my ToroPlay theme, the serial is not working anymore since the shutdown.
How am I supposed to make it work since I paid for it?
I'm sorry I don't speak english that well.

The guy who made your theme is now in partnership with the guy who made DooPlay. They will release in the following weeks Dooplay v3(we are now at v2) and a Toro theme. See if you can contact the guys on Dooplay website, maybe you will get an answer.
