tor + vpn?

is it possible to route all traffic first through tor and then through vpn?

I understand that the propose of use thor Its for apply a IP to all Sistem rigth?

Log into host via the VPN and then use TOR browser from there, bam, mission accomplished.

It's possible to connect to a VPN via TOR using virtual machines, although it will probably do you no good. What are you trying to do, what's the purpose?

There's a page on torproject that explains the you -> TOR -> VPN combination (I can't post links, so google it), it's not advised because your exit IP will remain static. The page also describes other combinations, most are possible without virtual machines.
