TOR -> SOCKS setup?

I want to use an anonymously bought SOCKS proxy with my TOR connection, in this order, TOR -> SOCKS proxy.

That way my ISP cannot see my connection or traffic to a SOCKS proxy. They would be one less adversary to be concerned about.

Would that not be a superior setup in regards to anonymity, and then by using a SOCKS I can prevent being banned from websites for using TOR.

Following, as I know Tor browser gives users anonymous access to a free internet. As is the case with everything, this access can be used in both good and bad ways.
