I came across this open source software, it sounds good.

do people use this and what is the benefits from expierance.

it is being developed by us military, it is pretty fast but highly unsecure

as far as the military thing goes, im not sure if its developed by them or not but it can be fast if you have good proxies on it

You can always edit the settings file and choose the fastest nodes

I've used TOR for a long time and it's pretty good for *certain* things... If you want to open a few accounts with different IPs it might be a very effective and inexpensive solution. As said already the speed is not top-notch in general and some websites (BHW & google being some of them..) blacklist some of the TOR nodes.
