Is Tor Browser works for Facebook ads like a proxy or to hide fingerprints, anyone tried Tor Browser for contingency?

I wonder why would you use Tor Browser for ADs when you can simply purchase a proxy and do it. With proxy, it will be much more safe since Tor Browser is mostly used by spammers and hackers. I hope this makes sense. If FB finds that you're using Tor, it's a straightaway ban for your account.

Even with proxies you get banned talk less of Tor Browser

Tor browser is mostly used by privacy enthusiast. "hackers and spammers" are excuses to deny any user who can't be thoroughly fingerprinted and identified for the purpose of data collection and later processing. Tor browser/network is a way to escape and fight the state of surveillance, "big brother and big data". If you're born after 1990, you have no concept of privacy, nor realize how bad the current state of internet is, privacy wise, hence the ignorance.

No, Facebook has all exit nodes blacklisted and your account will be banned.

you can find free vpns
Most sites have free VPNs IPs blacklisted, not even worth trying.

For me,the best option is to use a VM or any type of multilogin(Incogniton,Multilogin or Dolphin).
