That can be due the nature of those ip addresses. They're used and abused by many, so they're blacklisted on most places you visit, hence they trigger captcha on the clear web. Or it can be because of the browser itself too.

You can https://communitydocs.*********.org/147-Tor_force_exit_nodes.html, so if you find one or more, which don't trigger captcha, you can continue using those without tor automatically switching to unwanted exit nodes.

If you want to use a VPN or proxy with tor: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorPlusVPN. You might be able to use proxification apps with tor, such as Proxycap.

Not an expert but I thought the capctha problem got fixed? I don't get them anymore. Even if I do, these pass without any issues whatsoever. Do you run some kind of bot with this ip? That could be the issue. Did you try using another isp, like your mobile net?
